Join us for our day-long Daily Operations module, where you'll explore the foundational skills needed for health care facilities management and collaborate with small teams to solve common problems while maintaining facility operations and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Daily Operations take-home objectives:
- Explain the unique nature of the health care environment and the importance of the mission.
- Discuss how to lead maintenance & operations teams to anticipate the complex needs of the critical facility systems that help to ensure a safe environment for patients.
