Accreditation Management Program Development Workshop
NEW and IMPROVED in 2020!
BUILD A CUSTOMIZED COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
2 Days = 12.5 CECs (The Care Environment)
3 Days = 19.5 CECs (The Care Environment & Life Safety)
To improve your facility's compliance program, you need the knowledge and resources for seamless implementation.
At this workshop, attendees will develop a fully compliant accreditation management program for the health care physical environment. Joint Commission standards will be used as the guiding requirements, but all accrediting organizations’ standards will be addressed. This workshop will teach you proven best practices for creating a successful compliance program for your facility. Attendees will build a full set of compliance binders customized to their unique facility needs. Former accreditation organization surveyors and Joint Commission Central Office experts will teach you how to advocate for change in developing management plans and supporting structure, as well as how to assess risk, educate staff and provide complete documentation for any accreditation survey. This workshop is great for those looking to create new management plans and offers those with plans in place an opportunity to refine and validate them as well as share ideas with others.
