Our Project

Mt. San Rafael Hospital (MSRH) is a 25-bed critical access Hospital serving the medical and surgical needs of Trinidad, Colorado residents and the surrounding areas. MSRH strives to be recognized as the healthcare provider of choice for Trinidad, and as a model for rural healthcare and wellness in partnership with the communities they serve.

MSRH recently completed a Master Facility Plan for major renovation and expansion of the current facility. Departments affected by the campus modernization are the Emergency Department, Patient Care Unit, Surgical Suite, and Imaging. MSRH is also considering construction of a replacement hospital in lieu of the campus modernization project. If the replacement hospital is determined to be the most desirable option by MSRH and it’s Board, a Medical Office Building (MOB) will also be required on the selected site for the replacement hospital.
