Our Project
SLAM and Kaiser Permanente collaborated with other partners in a series of Lean workshops to plan a new 15-acre ambulatory and specialty campus at the Kaiser Murrieta Ambulatory Surgery Center.
The million-plus-square-foot campus, when complete, will feature a specialty hospital, several integrated health clinics, a rehab center, an ambulatory surgery center, several parking structures, community gardens, recreational thrive paths and outdoor areas for learning and healing. The Murrieta ASC building is the second phase of this mater plan development.
The ambulatory surgery center is an 88,992-square-foot facility housing chemotherapy/infusion services; an imaging suite with an MRI; ophthalmology; outpatient procedures; outpatient surgery; and clinics supporting general surgery, gastrointestinal care, hematology and pain management. The project is also on track to achieve a LEED Silver certification.
