The University of Chicago Medical Center (UCMC), a nationally ranked academic medical institution, digitally transformed its capital project management processes to improve efficiency, collaboration, cost-effectiveness, and project outcomes. In this webinar, leaders of UCMC’s digital innovation provide insight into the benefits of combining healthcare and academic capital project management data for optimal program results.

Speakers:
Anthony Zamer (Assistant Director, Program Management University of Chicago) joined Chicago House’s Board of Trustees in January 2022. He currently serves as Director of Program Management at University of Chicago Medicine, managing capital renovations and new construction. Anthony began his career in Chicago with a nonprofit real estate developer focusing on low-income housing.
Peter Urban is Vice President with KFA, Inc. and a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP). With a degree in architecture and over twenty (20) years’ experience, he is a specialist in software solutions for design, construction, and facility management, with a focus on program and project management solutions for large and complex capital programs.
