Description
Healthcare facility compliance and maintenance funding are challenging as administrators often prefer investing funds in new medical equipment, aesthetic upgrades, and patient experience. Most facility leaders experience fire, and life safety compliance funding challenges as passive fire protection features are often unseen and expensive to maintain. To make matters worse, fire barriers, doors, and dampers are consistently on the top 10 list of healthcare deficiencies annually. This session will discuss how best to interact with the C-Suite/administration, key discussion metrics, and proven strategies to achieve funding to maintain a safe and compliant facility. This session will feature guest executive VPs of Facilities, Safety & Compliance from two Health Systems.
