Health Care Facility Management Competencies

Health care facilities are becoming increasingly complex. This complexity requires a multi-disciplinary team to provide a safe, comfortable, and cost efficient environment for patients and health care providers. The health care facility manager must have a combination of skills, knowledge, and ability to effectively lead and manage this team and to identify, prioritize, and resolve facility related issues.
