Hazard Vulnerability Assessment (HVA) Tool

Use this tool to assist your multidisciplinary group in assessing and prioritizing exercises for potential hazards/risk. This will help facilities develop the required documentation for accrediting organizations and compliance with the Conditions of Participation. The excel based HVA tool will score your emergency preparedness using the all hazards approach and identify the potential hazards that need the most attention for exercise, mitigation and/or planning.
